Great 1 double bedroom with all bills inclusive, includes broadband aswell. I play the piano quite a bit so you would have to be tolerable to that aswell as i have a dog too. its a 1 bed flat and i live in the living room, but it is communial as i'm not unsociable. i dont mind smoking outside and would probably prefer too.

Ideally looking for 5 month let, in the new year i will not the be renting the room out anymore, so this would be the maximum stay.
