I am looking for a flatmate who would like the larger double bedroom (I live in the smaller double bedroom). The room is available now.

The available room is a large double bedroom, furnished, with king-size bed and built-in wardrobe.

Location: The location is superb. The flat is on a super friendly, safe, quiet and elegant street. And it is very convenient: 3 minute walk to Hampstead High Street (cafes, restaurants and high end shopping). 5 minute walk to the Hampstead tube station, 2 minute walk to Hampstead Heath to enjoy hills and fields and fresh air, 5 minute walk to Hampstead Heath overground station.

Your portion of the rent is negotiable, but something in the region of 800 per month (The rent for the entire flat is 400 per week (1733 per month).

I am a 37 yr old professional woman who works in the medical field. Very sociable. I love travel, horseriding, dance. Am a non-smoker.
