We are looking for a female student to share our family home; we are a friendly family of 4, our 17 yo daughter lives at home, our 20 yo son is at University and only at home during term breaks.

Would suit a young person looking for quiet but friendly and relaxed atmosphere, who's happy to be part of the daily house life but also wants some privacy.

The room is on the top floor of a large 4 storey house, it's a single room for single occupancy but is spacious and bright; there is a sink on one corner otherwise share modern bathroom with daughter and occasional house guests.

Use of kitchen and laundry facilities. WiFi. There's also a tuned piano in the house if you are a music student or just feeling musical...

Minutes from Hampstead tube (Northern Line one 2) and the Heath.

Please note room is competitively priced because we are looking for a young full time (female) student.
