We're two sociable, professional guys (UK) now looking for another friendly person to join us, as our existing flat mate is moving to another area of London after 2 years here.

The flat's on a very pleasant, grove road 7 minutes walk from Hammersmith underground & bus station, and about the same to Goldhawk Road and Shepherds Bush.

Decent shops, bars and restaurants are opposite - and there's lots more in Hammersmith, Shepherd Bush and Westfield just minutes away. You'll have full share of the lounge, Sky TV, wireless broadband, 2 bathrooms, w/m, m/w.

6 month min. contract & non-smoking please. All bills split equally to keep things simple and fair.

Council tax, electricity and water are included in rent. Just Sky, internet, phone, gas and (top value) cleaner ~ £30/mth.

No couples, sorry.
