We are looking for an interesting person to share a house with, the house is home & we would like it to be your home too. We are pretty easy going about most things, I think...

ROOM:
The room is a huge (19sqm) double bed room with an ensuite located in the 1st floor of the terraced house. It has two double glas windows which allows for lots of naural light. The room has two large fitted wardrobes, and there is more storage space around the house. Although the house comes unfurnished, we have got all the important bits but if you would like to add sth, you are more than welcome.

You have your own bathroom with a bathtub, power shower and a window. The two other flatmates share a bathroom and there is a third toilet in the laundry room.

HOUSE/ LOCATION:
The room is part of a three bedroom, three story terraced house in a quiet street in a lovely part of Hammersmith, around 5-7 walking minutes from the Hammersmith tube station (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City Line) and 5 min away from King's Street. It takes 15 min by bus to Fulham Broadway and Putney. It's a 10 min walk to Shepherd's Bush Green and Chiswick.

The house has three floors. On the ground floor there is a large and bright lounge and dining area, a big kitchen with access to its own garden (great for the odd BBQ in the summer!) and a laundry room (with a separate toilet). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and wash/dryer machine. The bedrooms are located in the upper two floors. There is loads of storage space in the house.

BILLS:
Besides the monthly rent (GBP800), bills per person will be approx 150 GBP pcm which include council tax, water and electricity bills, SKY, TV license, broadband, home insurance and a cleaner (who also irons ;-)). The deposit is GBP980 which will be paid to the agent.

HOUSEMATES:
The other two people living there are two professionals: one Aussie guy (31, project manager) and a French girl (31, working for a multi-national software company). The people in the house are easygoing, clean, sociable and occasionally spend time together (cooking, going out, share the odd bottle(s) of wine) but also do their own thing. Therefore, we are particulary looking for a young, easygoing and clean female who is fitting into the little crew.
