We have a stunning double bedroom for single occupation, available from 3rd of September in a 3 bedroom house in Poplar Grove (shepherds bush).

Recently refurbished house with furnishings and fittings to a high standard. The flat is light, airy and spacious. It comes fully fitted with all mod cons. The room is a good size room and it has a wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers as well as the bed.

There is a big kitchen and living room area. It’s a quick 5 minutes walk to Shepherds Bush station or Westfield and 8min walk to Hammersmith Broadway and King Street with all shops and very regular bus routes into all parts of London. It is located in a very nice street and area of shepherds bush very close to Brook Green.

We are looking for a young professional/mature student non-smoking girl that wants a place to call home. You will be sharing the house with friendly professional couple and one other girl. You won't mind sharing the cleaning of the house and you are clean and tidy. We keep the place immaculate and everyone helps with a weekly cleaning rota so if that is not for you please don't apply!

References will be required and checked before letting.

The rent is £175 per week £700 per month all bills inclusive. (gas, electricity, water, wi-fi, and council tax) Initially we are looking for someone for 6 months. The agency will require a 6 week deposit.
