The house has two bathrooms, a large lounge and dining room complete with Sky+ and Wii, a large kitchen (with dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave and brand new oven), a huge garden and a basement. We've also a landline and wifi.

The room is a double and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe etc. Plus there is plenty of storage space throughout the house and room to keep a bike if desired.

The house is ideally located. We are a short walk from three tube stations; roughly 5 minutes from Goldhawk Road station (H&C and Circle lines), 7 minutes from Hammersmith tube/bus station (Piccadilly, District, H&C and Circle lines) and 12 minutes from Shepherd's Bush station (Central line and Overground). There are a few shops, a pub and a couple of restaurants across the road, as well as being a short walk from Hammersmith and the river in one direction or the Westfield shopping centre in the other.

Sharing with three professionals, two guys and a girl, we're looking for a non-smoking housemate to join us. We don't live in each others pockets, but we do get together for the odd Sunday lunch and trip to the local.

Rent is around £500 per month. The deposit is only £350. Council tax
comes in at £50 per month and bills on top work out at about £30 per
month.

The room is available from the 11th September. There will be a reference fee charged
by the agency plus a fee to draw up the contract.
