Hey guys!

We are two easy going French students heading out to London for the start of the next school year. We'll both be starting a MSc at Imperial College on the 4th of October. We found a very nice flat in Hammersmith : Latymer Court, Hammersmith Road, London W6.

It's a large bright Five Bedroom Apartment located minutes from both Hammersmith and High Street Kensington amenities. The Hammersmith tube station (zone 2) is within a five minutes walk and from this station you can take three different lines : circle, district and picadilly line.

There are three double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. The flat also has a large reception room and a fully fitted kitchen, one bathroom and one shower room. The flat is available 27th September 2010. Rent £130 per week includes central heating and hot water, 24 hour security and porter. As we are students we should not have to pay council tax but the price of 130£ per week does not include, electricity, phone/internet and water costs.
