Double room 7mins to Hammersmith tube. 30secs to the river. Huge living room and lovely separate eat-in kitchen. Sharing with 2 others.

One of our housemates – a girl - is moving out of our house in Sept 2011. We have been a very happy household and are therefore now looking for a new female replacement housemate to keep the balance as before. We are looking for a long term housemate. Here are the details:

What: Double bedroom in a spacious 3-bed house in Hammersmith/Fulham. The room is a small double but comes with a double bed, 2 wardrobes and 2 chest of drawers, the house has a giant double living room with working gas fire, smart massive fully-fitted kitchen (inc dishwasher etc) + kitchen table, bathroom, a 2nd loo, amazing mature garden for bbqs etc and lots of space.

Where: Lochaline St, W6, excellently located for transport links. Underground (Hammersmith, 7 mins walk, Barons Court 10mins), and a number of really good buses from the end of the road (190, 211, 220 and 295 notably). The river, Thamespath and a local park are all 100m away and Sainsbury local/Boots is 3mins away. This is a truly excellent location to live in. 100m from the hospital for any Medical Staff.

When: Room coming free on 10th Sept. The current lease runs until 22nd Sept 2011, we have agreed to renew at £500/wk for the house for a year (your rent will stay the same, as we pay more for our rooms), with option to break from 6months onwards. You will be joining us as a tenant on the tenancy agreement. The market rate for the house is nearer 600/wk!

Who: Two wonderful, relaxed, sporty house-mates. A 29yr old Aussie lawyer (male) and me 31yr old English (male) Durham Grad working in one of the Lloyd's of London syndicates. We have been in the house for over a year so far, the general consensus is the place is amazing. There is also a cleaner that pops in every week for 3 hrs to keep the place in order. The house feels like home, although we have our own friendship groups and are independently out and about several nights a week/at the weekends.

Bills are £120/month each for the year, and have been calculated to include the latest round of gas and electricity rises, so you wont have any unexpected requests for cash to pay off an outstanding gas bill.
