We are looking for a third person to share a nice 3 bedroomed house in Hammersmith.

The house is located in a quiet and very safe street off Fulham Palace road, 2 min from Charing cross hospital and 10 min walk from Hammersmith tube station (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and city lines, lots of buses, including night buses). Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants in Hammersmith but also a Sainsbury's local very near the house, open until midnight 7 days a week. Westfield Shopping Centre is a short bus journey.
The rent is £485 per month all included: £395 rent + £90 for bills (including everything: council tax, gas + electricity, water, TV license, unlimited broadband, landline with free calls to landlines_ UK + 30 other countries). The deposit is £395
