We have a single room for a fun but cool professional guy ideally in his thirties to complete our 5-person mixed & international houseshare.
We are currently 3 girls and 1 guy. Becky (English): Recruitment; Chrispin (Caribbean): Personal Trainer; Laura (American): Teacher; and Katie (Irish): in Artist Management. We're all hard-working sociable professionals, tidy, considerate & respectful and we value our home as a place where we can chill after work and at weekends in good company. The room is furnished (with double bed). The house has a spacious lounge with dining area and piano, huge kitchen with washing machine & seperate dryer. Naturally we have the other regular features like B/band wifi, 2 bath/showers and central heating. Rent includes Council Tax, Broadband, TV licence. Extras: Energy bills: approx £35 each per month. Cleaner: £30 each per month.
