There is a new power shower. We are near to various nice pubs, and the river. THE TENANTS:
We are looking for non-smoking tenants for a friendly and easy-going house share. We are looking for solvent, working people who are reliable, conscientious, friendly and occasionally sociable. The rooms are £388-£424 a month and you will be required to sign a contract and give a months deposit in advance. You can expect to pay around £100/month in bills. We have a rota for cleaning. We are looking for one person for the room. On street parking is available (permit: £100pa).
