 Spacious four bedroom house fully furnished and decorated to a high specification contemporary style. Wooden floors throughout (including two stair cases) with the exception of marble floor tiles within kitchen and ceramic floor tiles within bathroom and shower room. The shared areas (free Broadband Wi-Fi high speed internet access throughout) comprise:

• North Greenwich tube/O2 Arena station (8 mins walk/two bus stops) is on the Jubilee Line Zone 2 (only line that crosses all others) allowing quick access to Canary Wharf (3 mins), London Bridge (9 mins), Waterloo (12 mins), Green Park (16 mins)
• River Clipper boat and in time for Olympics new additional River crossing with 30 gondolas
• Cable Car – in time for Olympics – across river Thames to the Excel centre
• Regular 7 bus routes running by house (3 of which are 24hr)

• £1, 000 per week (£250 per person based on 4 sharing) - minimum 4 weeks
• sight and copy of two forms of ID i. e. Passport, Driving license, Birth Certificate
Week beginning Monday:
• July – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th / August - 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th / September – 3rd and 10th
• 50% Deposit to hold rental via bank transfer
• Balance 3 months prior to arrival
• £1, 000 cash damage deposit upon arrival. Damage deposit returned on the last day, other deposits are non-refundable

 The household is non smoking, but you can smoke outside

This is a family home with mother and two adult children aged 21 and 23 who are rarely in! The rrom would suit a family or four friends - any age.
