We, two female professionals are looking for a third female flatmate - student or professional - to occupy a lovely double room in newly renovated flat in Greenwhich.

The room is 9. 25 m2 and comes partially furnished (standard double bed + mattress, built-in wardrobe).

The living room and kitchen are spacious and bright (18 /11. 5 m2) and the apartment is warm as it has new central heating - there also is a fireplace, just to make it cosy.

A large and newly renovated kitchen and bathroom round off this great appartment - they provide all appliances (new washing maschine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, even a rice cooker! :)

Despite being on the main road (Blackheath Hill) the apartment is very quiet, double-glass windows keep out most of the noise.

It is a 8 minute walk to Greenwich station with both, frequent train connections to London Bridge (8 min) and Charing Cross (15 min), as well as the DLR connecting you to Canary Wharf and Bank.

We are from South Africa and Switzerland and look for an open-minded, friendly person to share our flat. Just one thing - We dont really party at home, it's no problem if you want to host one, but if you want to do that every weekend, better pick another flat.. Also, we dont really care about TV - there is none, but of course we couldnt live without Wireless LAN.

And yes, all Bills (Water, Gas, Internet) are included -
