This is an established home not just a 'houseshare'. You would have a double bedroom with stripped floor boards and neutral colours, sharing the bathroom with one other. You would also have your own downstairs sitting room, in this 3 bedroomed victorian house.

There is a large kitchen diner, modern bathroom and garden.

We are a 1 minute walk (honestly!) from Westcombe Park station - zone 3; travel time to Greenwich DLR is 4 minutes, London Bridge 15 minutes and Charing Cross about 22 minutes. North Greenwich (Jubilee line - zone 2) is a short bus ride away. The big Sainsbury's is 5 minutes walk and Greenwich Park is a 20 minute walk.

I am in my 50's and work from work from home. This is a Mon-Fri let ONLY, the rent is based on up to 4 nights p/w. Would suit someone who returns home at weekends.
