I have a large, furnished, double room available to rent in the west end. Preferably to a student for council tax purposes.
I will be moving out and need someone to replace me. At the moment, rent and bills combined come to around £410 pounds a month - however, as I would like to rent the room as quickly as possible this could be negotiated.
You would be sharing with two other female students, kitchen and bathroom are shared.
