I am a 28 year old female looking for someone to rent out a double room in a nice modern flat at the edge of Glasgow Green (behind the Templeton Carpet Factory). An added advantage is that you would not have to share the main bathroom as I have an en-suite. The bathroom has both bath and shower.

The room has lots of storage and furniture included (Double mirrored wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a cupboard). The flat is a good size and as it is a top floor flat there is also storage space in the loft if needed.

The kitchen is nice and bright with all mod cons – large fridge/freezer, washing/drying machine, kettle and most other things you would expect.

The living room is very comfortable, with sofa and also a single bed for any friends that want to crash after a night out. The flat has phone, internet (not WIFI), Virgin TV with most features (TV Choice on Demand, Movies on Demand, TV catch up) and DVD player.

The rent is £380 which is all inclusive (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Phone and Broadband) – you would only have to pay if you watched one of the movies on demand or made an expensive call as these charges come off my monthly direct debit.

The flat is in a good location just off the main road with excellent transport links –

10-15 minutes walk to Glasgow Cross
Bridgeton Railway Station – 5mins walk from the flat with trains going to Milngavie (through the city centre and SECC) and Motherwell.
Excellent bus service (16, 18, 18C, 43, 64, and 263) all of which go through the city centre and the number 18C takes you straight to Byres Road.
However, if you don’t do public transport and you have a car there is free parking within the development.
