LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH SITTING AREA, and own bathroom, for ONE PERSON, available in my home from 28 October. £200 per week. All bills included. Minimum 3 month rental to end January 2012; available longer term also. No couples please.

Sole use of top floor; quiet and very private. Newly decorated and recarpeted; light, warm and comfortable.

New, tiled ensuite bathroom. with bath and power shower over.

Single or double bed; linen (sheets/towels) provided. Good cupboard space in bedroom and bathroom; chest of drawers, hanging cupboard, bedside table, desk, sofa, coffee table. Multi-channel television and wireless broadband internet.

Use of washing machine. Use of kitchen - for breakfast and evening meal. Cleaner twice a week included; willing to do ironing if required, at £10 an hour.

Very close, 2 minutes walk, to shops, many bars and restaurants, and excellent bus route. Equidistant from Parson's Green and Putney Bridge tubes, 8 minutes walk.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room - and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a 'house-share' - and not suitable for those who would like to 'party at home'!
