Use of washing machine. Use of kitchen - for breakfast and dinner. Cleaner twice a week included; willing to do ironing if required, at £10 an hour.

Very close, 2 minutes walk, to shops, many bars and restaurants, and excellent bus route. Equidistant from Parson's Green and Putney Bridge tubes, 8 minutes walk.

I smoke occasionally and don't mind a smoker - as long as this is restricted to the garden.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room - and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a 'house-share' - and not suitable for those who would like to 'party at home'!
