I'm a 27 year old professional male from London looking for a clean & easy going flat mate to share a 2 bed garden flat in a good location in Fulham. I work pretty normal hours from Monday to Friday so tend to keep things pretty chilled during the week but I also like to make the most of my weekends. I enjoy sports, watching the odd bit of tv, music, good food & cooking (when I get the time), reading & I love to travel (and have done lots of it over the past few years). I was born and raised in London and like to socialise with my friends but I definitely wouldn't describe the place as a party flat. An ideal flat mate would be someone who is independent, considerate & clean but also chilled out & cool to hang out with/share the odd drink once in a while.

THE FLAT IS DEFINITELY AVAILABLE FOR AN INITIAL 3 MOTNHS AND POSSIBLY LONGER AFTER THAT, THOUGH THAT DEPENDS ON MY WORK AND THE APPLICANT. THEREFORE, IT MAY BE IDEALLY SUITED TO SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A SAFE & COMFORTABLE SHORT TERM ARRANGEMENT. No couples.
