Location: This flat is in a great location near the good pubs, parks, cafes and shops of Parsons Green, Fulham and New Kings Road. It is just 5 minutes’ walk to Parsons Green Tube Station and about 10 minutes to Fulham Broadway Station. There is a bus stop on the doorstep with the 414 and 14 (24 hours) into Central London.

Flat: The bedroom is furnished with built in wardrobes, double bed, chest of drawers and bed-side tables. The flat is split-level with a good-sized living room and large, bright kitchen-diner with french doors to a small sunny terrace which has a table, chairs and barbecue.

You would be living with a friendly, professional woman in her early 30’s. I am looking for a professional female, non-smoker, who is clean and tidy, and who enjoys doing their own thing but also socializing, perhaps over a glass of wine in the evening.

A bit about me, my name is Amy - I have just returned 3 months ago from volunteering in Africa working with local communities looking at mortality rates. I work for a professional services firm in the city and design, facilitate leadership programmes. I am originally from the land of Oz, fun, a little clumpsy on the salsa dance floor, but enjoy being outdoors and spending time with friends....
