A large furnished double room is waiting for you. But not only is the room nice. Your own complete bathroom with windows and even a bathtub is part of the deal.

To make that even better, you would join a clean friendly, fully furnished, house (incl. dish washer, washing machine). On top the house comes with a secure parking space that is used as our small garden at the moment...:-)
You will share with two nice and friendly girls. Both are professionals.

Bills are extra which will include:

The house is just seconds away from the bus stop (211 and 295) and close to Fulham Broadway tube station and Hammersmith tube station. Shopping and a pool (incl. gym) are in walking distance as well. The whole area has some nice pubs, bars and a cinema for having a nice time out.

We are looking for a young professional between 25 and 35 who wants to make this her or his home rather than just renting a room. You will be nice, fun loving as well as clean and open for a drink with us from time to time....:o)

Unfortunately this room is not available to couples or students.
