I have a room to rent in my flat (laid out over 3 floor in a conversion). Clean, modern, comfortable, cosy, good features eg. roll top bath, modern kitchen, large living room. The bedrooms on different floors offering privacy. There is high speed broadband and virgin TV and other mod cons.

I'm looking for someone who is easy to live with, tidy and independent. Either male or female/gay or straight.

Travel links very good, but short walk to the tube and major bus routes. it still only takes less than half hour to get into the west end.. park close by for outside space and exercise.

If your circumstances are unusual and you are in London week or two weeks with a break, I'm flexible and would be open for a discussion to see is any agreement could be sought that suits both parties.

Monday - Friday £500 inclusive of bills.
