Double room in house sharing with a family and another lodger. We are looking for a week days only let, however the lodger will have sole use of the room; no one will use it during the weekend.

The house is in Stroud Green which is halfway between Crouch End and Finsbury Park. It is well connected for transport: Finsbury Park tube (in Zone 2 and on the Victoria and Piccadilly line) is nearby and it takes about 40 mins door to door to get to most places in the centre of town. Haringey BR (to Old Street and Moorgate) and Crouch Hill BR (Gospel Oak to Barking) are very close by too. We are also within 30-40 minutes cycle to the centre of London.

The room is bright with a large window with a garden view. It has ample storage with a wardrobe, drawers, shelves, small mirror, desk and chair. BT broadband wireless.

The room is within a large 5 bedroom cottage. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the house, both of which are let to lodgers. Our family (2 parents and 2 girls, 5 & 7years) live in the upstairs bedrooms. We are both professionals, as is the other lodger. The shower room is on the ground floor and there is a bathroom upstairs. There is a large shared kitchen / dining room. There is a small sitting room and a garden. A cleaner comes twice a week on a Monday and Friday (included in the rent). We have a friendly, but shy, guinea pig.

The house is in a tree-lined residential street, close to several parks.
