You will be living with me (25, works in marketing – loves music and sport) and my girlfriend who currently splits her time between here and Berlin.

Room is very large, comes with large wardrobe and bed and option to buy ex housemates big double chester draws (£60) and big shelving unit (£30) – both half the price they bought them.

The house is furnished, clean, spacious with bathroom, kitchen and large living room.

7-8 mins walk to Finsbury and Arsenal tubes

10 – 15mins walk to Highbury & Islington and Stoke Newington

Here are the numbers:

Rent – £750 per month
Bills - £60ish per person all in (includes wi-fi, sky, tax etc)
Tenancy swap - £235 and £81 credit check (one off payment)
