A small but modest double bedroom is available from mid September in this homely Finsbury Park 1st floor flatshare.

With an open plan kitchen/dining/living area the flat is a good size with the bedrooms and bathroom being at the other end of the property.

My flatmate and I are gay, single professionals but welcome any orientation provided they are gay friendly.

I have been in the property for over 3 years and it has become a proper home to me. It is warm, colourful and full of life and we are looking for someone to fill the room for 6 months.

Please note - there is no letting agency managing this property (no admin fees) and we have a good relationship with the landlord paying directly to him. We also have regular direct communication with a local maintenance man who is on call for any urgent problems

Bills are not included in the £433 rent and vary per month, but overall rent and bills tend not to go above £500 per month.
