I can offer a large double room fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe side-cabinet (all modern) in a spacious and clean, newly decorated bungalow with a large garden and conservatory – great for bbq’s.

There are all mod cons with a large dining room and modern central heating throughout.
I am situated 7 minutes walk away from New Eltham main line train station and it is a 22 minute train journey direct to central London stations. There are also major shopping centres nearby and supermarkets just around the corner.

The rent is just £100 a week, a month’s deposit, with no bills! I also have wireless broadband.

I'm looking for a guy who is respectful and sociable, who will look upon the place as home. I am a very friendly and laid back gay guy and love to cook for others too and share a bottle of wine.

Just out of interest, I'm a history graduate and a full time youth counsellor. My interests include, cycling, history and travel and I love to meet people from other cultures.
