Hi I'm moving out of this lovely 2 bed flat in Mottingham.

There is a spare room at the moment for anyone who would like to take it and then find a new flatmate, or for people wanting to rent the whole flat from October.

The flat is newly and neutrally refurbished, feels cosy yet is pretty spacious, and has lots of light :)

The current available room has a single bed but there is space for a double, there is a desk and a built in wardrobe.

My bedroom which will be free from October has a double bed, desk and built in wardrobe just outside the room.

For anyone looking to rent the whole place, it would be great for couples wanting a bedroom and a study as it is nice and cheap!

The council tax is Band C, so about £100pcm or less, and I allow an extra £100pcm for bills.

The train station is literally a 2 minute walk from the flat. Zone 4. Supermarkets, shops, banks, post office are nearby
