Hi there

We have a spare double room available in a 1st floor, 3-debroom flat (new build) from end of March, as our other flatmate is moving down to London. We are looking for a flatmate who is friendly, laid-back, and hopefully also a professional as we need to share council tax. The room itself has a double bed, two bedside tables, a set of drawer, two closets and a very large bookcase! There are all the usual appliances in the flat (tv, wii, washing machines/dryer, dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, broadband).
