The room available is a double furnished with king size bed, chest of drawes and a small wardrobe. The house consists of two living rooms both with televisions, a large kiten diner, outside space with decked patio and grass, bathroom with under floor heating.
Currently living in the house are two friendly young professional females. We are very welcoming and like a laid back atmosphere in the house. We also have friendly and helpful neighbours and an excellent land lady. We like to keep the house clean but take responsibility for our own mess and be considerate to others we dont like to use rotas. We often cook for each other and share shopping bills for meals.
All bills are included in the price (int, virgin, phone line)
