Available from Sept 1st. Come and see it in advance though, if that suits.

There is space for a car on my drive or the road and we have wireless broadband 24/7 for free.

You are welcome to share all the rest of the amenities of the house including kitchen, tv room, bathroom, washer-dryer, iron, fridge (there is a fridge for your convenience in the room too, and a fridge/freezer in the kitchen), etc and we have a very large garden for relaxation in the rain! - everything you'll ever require.

You can get everything you need from the nearby shops/post office and there are three pubs within five minutes of the property!

The location is very convenient for Salford and Manchester and surrounding areas with bus, tram and rail all close by.

The house is owned by myself, and my son (who is 22) lives with me. We are professional people, quiet, steady, leave our guest in peace but also enjoy chatting and interacting, and of course a glass of wine is good when you want to do that! The owner studies French and is very able to perfect any french person's knowledge of English.
