I am looking for a new flat mate as my current one is moving in with her boy friend at the end of this month.

The flat is situated 5 minutes walk from Bricklane. Number 8 and 388 bus stop on the door step, meaning very easy access to central London. Bethnal Green tube stop is 8 minutes walk, Liverpool Street 15 and Old Street 20. The flat is also a 10 minute walk to Tesco and there are plenty of other small shops to get your wares from.

It is a 2 double bed room flat, with a joining balcony, BBQ and Furniture provided. The bathroom is modern, clean and is a descent shower. The lounge/kitchen is spacious and modern.

The rent is 650 per month plus bills. If you are still reading here is some info on me! My name is Andre I am a 23 year old Psychology graduate who works in advertising sales for a Golf journal. I enjoy going to the gym, socialising and having a good time in general, open to new scenarios. Usually work hard during the week and enjoy the relaxing/partying at the weekends.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy (not ocd), someone social but knows when to give space and someone who is looking for a home rather than 2 strangers living in the same flat!
