The Maisonette is ideally located for either ED/Peckham Rye train stations or is just a 4 minute walk to either the no. 12 bus stop (Oxford Circus) and no. 63 bus stop (Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars + Kings Cross).

Sharing with 1 relaxed and sociable lady owner who plays during the day in the world of branding & design. I'm out and about quite a bit, sailing, scuba diving, travelling etc. I’m looking to share with someone who is tidy, considerate, happy, friendly (no couples please). I guess it would suit someone who is out and about a fare bit too.

The rent is £550 pcm inclusive, this includes all bills (cleaner, broadband, etc)

Monday to Friday let would also be considered for £400. 00 pcm

East Dulwich is a great place to live, it has lots of bars, restaurants, parks etc. and the people that live here are extremely friendly, the area has a real community feel to it.
