We are a sociable house of young professionals looking for a 5th housemate. The room available is a double room in the attic. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, a wardrobe and a small desk.

The house is in a great location in West Didsbury within walking distance of the bars and cafes of West Didsbury. The house has a massive kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and even a spare room for, well, stuff! We have a projector in the living room for 'cinema nights'. The house has cable TV and wireless broadband, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a big paved back garden, a drive and lots of on street parking on a cul de sac. We all put in £60 pcm for bills which includes everything (gas, electricity, water, cable TV, wireless internet etc). Council tax is included in the rent.

You will be sharing the house with 2 girls and 2 boys, all working professionals. I am 30 and work in business processes, Ruth is 27 and an Environmental consultant, Liam is 26 and works for a music college and James is 28 and an accountant. The house is very sociable and we would like someone who we are going to get on with, not just share living space! We like cooking for each other now and then and aren't averse to going for a few drinks as a house (Friday night beers in the kitchen is a regular occurance). We're looking for a tidy, sociable, young professional male who will fit the bill.

The rent is £300 pcm. There is no deposit but there is a non-returnable £120 admin fee for the landlord. The room is available from the end of March 2012.
