The house is located on private and quiet road with free street parking; less than 10 minutes walk to train station deserving London Victoria & London Bridge stations and Gatwick Airport within 30mins. Bus Stops are located at the top of the street reaching Central Croydon in 10mins, with various amenities & Purley Way Shopping Area within a driving distance. Night buses stopped at the bottom of the street. Additionally trains to Gatwick airport run all night long stopping at East Croydon station to/from London Victoria
This newly decorated large double bedroom with wooden floors overlooks the garden. It is furnished with a double bed and duvet, a corner wardrobe with a mirror, a desk & office chair, a colour TV, a chest of drawers and more storage underneath the bed, iron and ironing board. CableTV, internet and phone can be installed upon request in your bedroom for your personal use but will be your responsibility to pay. However, cableTV and Wireless Broadband is available. There is a phone line installed in the house but ONLY to receive phone calls.
I am a friendly, quiet, funny and sociable person. My preferred housemate would be non-smoker, someone comfortable to share with and would see the house as their home, keep it clean and treat it with respect; ideally someone sociable, not a party animal, and who doesn’t mind a chat now and then.
All bills (excluding phone) are included in the monthly rent £380. 00. 1 month deposit and references are required and must be provided before the agreement starts.
