The house is in a quiet, safe and clean area of East Croydon, and would be perfect for anyone working in South London, or looking to make a quick and easy commute into Central London each day.
The rooms in the house are large and the main bathroom and kitchen are really well fitted out. There's also a big bath in the main bathroom if you fancy a soak after a hard day! There are some great restaurants nearby for those evenings you don't want to cook!

We're looking for someoone who's laid-back and easy going (as are we)- who needs to work in the week but then knows how to enjoy a good chill session at the weekend. This house is definately worth a look, you will pleasantly surprised. Before moving to Croydon, I had no idea how much more you got for your money and how well connected it is to the rest of London- Croydon's really not that bad!
