I am a nurse looking for a professional to rent my spare room.... 9-5 or shift worker fine... The house is 5 min walk from Caterham station and shops. The room is a newly furnished double room over looking my garden. House has sky plus and I have BT broadband. Its a two up two down cottage with the bathroom through the kitchen downstairs, kitchen is newly fitted. I am tidy but a bit of mess is fine. I work in London so am out alot of the time, although I do do night shifts quite alot so need the occasional peace and quiet in the day. I'm easy going and looking for someone similar to share my house.
