The mentioned rooms are located on the second floor of the 3 storey town house. You will have a private surrounding and the space to live from your own section of the property.

The bathroom is ensuite and comprises a good quality shower, the bathroom includes a large storage cupboard and is lit with skylights and spotlights. Also provided within the bathroom central heated towel rail, towels, bath mats included.

The bedroom comprises of a large double bed, beside table and tall chest of drawers.

The dressing room comprises two large fully fitted wardrobes and dressing table.

The seating areas has a two seater sofa with flat screen TV and SKY+ as standard. Internet is available throughout.

To the back of the seating area, we have provided a small dining table, fridge, and some other kitchen facilities (please note the full kitchen facility is available on the ground floor

The main kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fryer, additional fridge and freezer space, cupboard storage, pots and pans supplied, cutlery and plates* supplied along with drinking glasses. Everything that you would need in a home kitchen (* items do not have to be used and can be stored).

We are a family of three. We have two dogs, they live within our private space and would not be within the shared areas.
