Are you interested in starting a new flatshare in clapham... we are looking for a like-minded male to complete our group!

I am a 24 year old Irish female professional, who works in corporate banking. I am moving from north London to south London and am looking to move in with some similar, like- minded people who are sociable, up for drinks/dinners with their flatmates, don't hibernate in their room but who also have their own interests.

I have met a lovely girl called Kate (34, professional) and a guy Mike (25, also a professional)and we have agreed to look at houses in stockwell/ clapham north (to be near the nightlife of Clapham and both the Northern and Victoria lines). We would like to find another guy to live with us to balance things out. We are planning to move in the 10th of March. Max budget Is £750 including bills, but we would like to go a little lower. We are all into the usual stuff - movies, pubs etc. and tend to keep it fairly low key during the week.

We are aiming to start looking for a place early Feb, but there is plenty of availability for what we are looking for at the moment. If you are interested in finding out more about us, please let me know!
