This is an opportunity to share a fantastic house with 2 young professional (mid 20s) females. I am leaving this wonderful house to move in with my boyfriend. I have lived here for long time and will be sad to say goodbye.

The housemates are friendly and easy going sociable. They like going out for drinks and food at the weekend. Combined interests are: music and going to gigs, dancing, cocktails, prosecco etc. The room would suit a like minded professional house mate that works similar hours (daytimes mon- fri).

This room is absolutely huge compared to other house share rooms available out there and has original features including high ceilings, original fireplace and wooden floors.
The room comes unfurnished but is large enough to easily accommodate a king sized bed, desk, sofa, wardrobes etc. It is a architect designed Victorian house, and every detail of the house has been thought about with precision and care. This is a unique house- it's doubtful you'd see anything like this in Chorlton elsewhere!

The landlord is very easy going and allows us to put up pictures etc, and sorts any problems out very efficiently.

It is very large house, there are 3 big bedrooms and 1 small room which is used for storage or as a spare room for guests. There is a lovely medium sized low maintenance garden with trees, shrubs, decking and patio furniture- great for bbqs! There is 1 lovely big bathroom and a toilet downstairs, and a large open plan kitchen/living space complete with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge/freezer etc.

It is in a very quiet location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but minutes walk from shops and pubs etc, and co-op, Beech Road and the bus station just around the corner! Parking is easy; there's plenty on the road or the driveway. The metrolink is a short 5 min walk.
