Lovely, light and airy, spacious room in luxury, 4 bed flat in Grove Park, Chiswick, W4 available on February 1st. Sharing home with 3 others (two girls - one working in TV (UK), one working in the oil and gas industry (Norwegian/Australian) and one guy, product designer/entrepreneur (UK).
In an attractive, sought after mansion block, the apartment has been used for location filming several times and overlooks great communal gardens. An unusually big apartment, we have two lounges so plenty of space to mooch about, with cable TV in both.
The flat is close to tube (Gunnersbury or Chiswick Park or 8 min bus to Turnham Green) and the bus stop is right on our doorstep. If you need to go to Waterloo, Chiswick mainline is 2 mins away and it only takes 20 mins to Waterloo on the train.
Short walk (5 mins) to the lovely pubs on the river at Strand on the Green or Chiswick High Street. Also a parade of shops 2 mins around the corner with bars and takeaways. Bicycle storage in basement and private parking permit included.
We are all very easy going - enjoy a glass of wine and chilling out but just as easy to have your own space. This is a lovely place to come back to, relax and call home.
The room is about 13ft x 13ft (into the bay window), decorated in neutral colours, with a good quality 5ft wide (double) beech double bed and new mattress. Comfortable and quiet the room has a chest of drawers, working fireplace, two built in wardrobes, drawers under the double bed and Lombok side tables. Wireless broadband throughout and we just use mobiles to keep phone bills easy. Cleaner comes every week to do communal areas. All mod cons.
The bills add £125 pcm to the £850 pcm rent and include gas, elec, cable TV, broadband, contribution to cost of cleaner, Council Tax, flat service charges and water rates.
