I am a professional 32 year old woman whose husband works away mid-week and I am looking for a Monday-Friday tenant to rent our spare room to.

We live in Chiswick, W4, in a recently renovated ground floor flat in an end terrace Victorian town house. The room itself is a good size and has a dedicated bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. The flat is beautifully decorated with a large living/dining room, a modern kitchen and all mod cons. Wireless broadband, bills and furniture are all included in the price of £ PCM.

We are a short walk away from the overground rail station which connects you to Waterloo in 30 minutes and several Zone 2 & 3 tube stations on the District and Piccadilly lines.

Chiswick itself is a 10 minute walk away and has a great selection of shops, bars, pub and restaurants, as well as being clean and safe.

We are looking to rent the room out from the beginning of September.
