To share with 22 year old female who works 9-6 in town. Flat is a cosy, spacious place- with a particularly large sofa in the living room! Wooden ceiling beams and antique furniture. Spare room is the largest in the flat and is fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, table and chairs.

Washing machine, microwave, oven, broadband etc all available, but bills are not included. Council tax has been paid until end July by previous tenant, but an equal share of all other bills will need to be paid.
