It’s a lovely big modern house in Chiswick, W4, within easy reach of Turnham Green station (5 mins). Although it’s got 4 bedrooms I only want 1 person as that leaves space and somewhere for the odd visitor. Very laid back atmosphere. If you like cooking, so much the better, I am rubbish at it. Chiswick is great and loads of bars and restaurants. The High Street has everything you need.
There is a small dog in the house who spends his life snoring and doesn‘t bark.. He’s a leftover from a university departure.
There’s plenty of room and all mod cons - great power shower -so no drudgery. The cleaner comes twice a week. Previous house mate stayed 2 years. The room is furnished and has a large wardrobe. Adjoining bathroom for your own use. Wireless broadband.
I would prefer someone of an easy going nature who is reasonably tidy but a little considerate. It is perfect for someone who needs a weekly place in London and then wants to leave on the M4 or M40 as exits from London are great.. I am out a lot so you can always enjoy your own space too.
