I have a single room to let in a flat in South Kensington. I am specifically looking for a Monday to Friday lodger and the room is not suitable for couples as it is a single room. I would prefer a professional. The flat is comfortable and sunny (when the sun shines)and very close to all amenities. All bills are included except the telephone. The flat is wirelessed so if you have a computer you will be able to access the internet. A very timid tabby cat called Lucy lives here so you will need to be a cat lover. It is a 7 minute walk to South Ken tube and there are many buses running from South Ken and the Kings Road. Towels and bed linen will be provided. This is a very centrally based flat very close to the Kings Road where there are shopping amenities and restaurants galore. I tend to be fairly quiet so a comparable lodger would be delightful.
