Our housemate is moving out to try to get onto the property ladder and so we are looking for a new lovely housemate.

The flat is a gorgeous spacious flat in the heart of Chelsea. It is in a quiet leafy street but moments from the bars and shops of fulham road. It used to be a family home, so its really cosily decorated with comfy sofas etc.

The flat has a large cosy living room with a dining table. There is one bathroom and another loo. The room at the back of the building, so its nice and quiet. There is a double bed, a bedside table and lots of wardrobe space. There is a shared garden at the back of the building. We have a cleaner who comes once a week and there is also broadband.

The rent is £795 a month which includes council tax and water. Other bills come to about £80 a month and the landlord will need a month's rent as deposit.

About us, we are two professional girls (a pharmacist and a hospital doctor). We are sensible down to earth sorts, who enjoy a glass of red wine in the evening chatting about our day and listening to music. Ideally we are looking for someone who is easy going, lots of fun but also with a sensible side (after we work really hard and need our rest time!).
