I am a 25 year old professional female working in the city. I am currently looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Chelsea.

The room up for rent has an en suite and a large balcony. The flat is fully furnished, but the tenant could bring his/her own furniture for the bedroom if he/she wanted to.

There is a large reception room with lots of light, an open plan kitchen, gas fire and balcony. The flat enjoys wooden floors throughout, new bathrooms (the en suite with a shower only but the main with a bath), fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob etc. It is also equipped with new furniture in neutral colours. The flat itself has great dimensions with lovely high ceilings and lots of light.

Broadband is included in the price.

The ideal flatmate would be between 25 and 35 years old, professional, easy going but respectful of work commitments ( meaning no wild parties on week nights, but other than that it should all be fine)

I work long hours during the week but enjoy having friends around for supper or a glass of wine. Saying that, I respect that my flat mate will probably have to be up as early as me in the mornings. My interests are fitness, dinners/brunches out, travelling, etc.

I travel a fair bit, and I am likely to spend at least one long weekend away a month, with regular longer holidays/ work trips whenever "needed".

The flat is conveniantely situated in the heart of Chelsea, just around the corner from Fulham Road and Old Brompton Road- both which have very good and frequent bus links. Earls Court Tube station is a 10 minute walk away, and Sloan Square station can be reached in 10 minutes by bus, as can South Ken.

There are great bars, restaurants, cafe's and shops as, well as supermarkets, all within a five minute walk from the flat
