Hi I'm looking for lovely people like you, to share my home. I like to meet people form all over the world who have a caring and respectful nature, I have Bright Airy Luxurious DOUBLE room’s with MASSES OF STORAGE, OWN WASH BASIN, IN YOUR ROOM, the house has 2 BATHROOMS, KITCHEN/DINNER,& GARDEN. ALL BILLS AND INTERNET CONECTION ARE INCLUDED + FREE PARKING.
All Female house-share, In a Beatiful Victoran House with a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, spacious reception room, with digital TV, and patio garden. Located in Charlton SE7, 10 mins Westcombe Park rail station (15 mins to London Bridge)and tube at NTH GREENWICH JUBLIEE line zone 2/3, the 53 NIGHT BUS(24HRS) goes to Westminster and stops at the top of my road. Near by are Cafes, Bar’s Restaurants, Cinemas’, Night Clubs, The 02, Parks, Supermarkets (24hr Asda and Sainsbury, plus Marks & Spencer, Clothes shops (Next, TK Max and loads more within walking distance) and nightlife at Blackheath SE3, Greenwich Village and North Greenwich SE10.
Would you like to live in a social home with a communal room downstairs so you can join in and share meals or an evening drink if you want to, the spacious reception room has digital TV, Garden with barbeque and well equipped Kitchen with plenty of storage space in kitchen oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. All Double bedrooms their own wash basin, Double Beds with 4 draws underneath, two double wardrobes, a 3 draw chest, a desk, a bookcase, a free standing full length mirror an small table and chair(s) bedside lamps and make up mirrors. Linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has an electric shower.
There are open spaces within walking distance at Greenwich Park and Blackheath. (I have 3 rooms £133 per week, you pay £532 evey 4 weeks and £665 for the first 5 weeks (the MIN initial stay is 5 weeks), A LONGER PERIOD CAN BE AGREED UPON. All rooms have double beds but are SINGLE occupancy only. I DO require references but NO Deposit)
