I am a part time postgraduate student who also works full time. I am looking for a considerate roommate who is clean and tidy. While I am not a total neat freak (I wont go crazy if a dish is left in the sink) I do believe in cleanliness particularly in the communal areas, I need someone who can be flexible as I work shifts including nights. I would also like someone that I could have the chat with and not someone who hides in their room constantly.

In return I have a double bedroom in a flat share located in the conservation area of Catford (Zone 3). Ten minutes walk from Catford and Catford Bridge Stations, and along main bus routes to Central London. The rent includes gas, electric, water rates, TV licence and wireless broadband (your computer), not the phone. While there is some storage space if you have a vast amount of stuff, this may not be the place for you.

The room has a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, TV and DVD player and Virgin.
£575 deposit and 1 months rent in advance.
