Hi there,

We have a large double room available now. And one is becoming available from the around 27th April.

We would like some people who are reliable, friendly, and easy going who like their own space too.

All bills apart from gas and electric, which are key on meters, are included in the price, this works out as a rent of £485 + £30 bills in the winter, totalling about £515, and £485 + £15 in the summer totalling about £500.

The room is bright, there is a shared kitchen/diner, and a garden. So a little about the current flatmate: Debbie is an artist, and works in the city aswell, she likes sewing too.

My sisters live upstairs, with 3 other girls, so there are friendly neighbours about. It's not really a party place all the time, but sometimes is fun to have a get together or have a BBQ in the garden!

Catford Stations are 1 minute walk away. Transport to london is very easy, 15 mins to London Bridge, 25 mins to Charring Cross, on train. Night bus stop even closer.
